Kimberly Sherman
Club Owner/Director/Coach
Kim Sherman has 12 years of coaching experience and is one of the youngest club owners in our region she founded the DFW Elite in 2011 to respond to the need in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex of a nationally competitive volleyball club that develops the whole player for girls. A native of Crowley, Texas, and graduate of Grambling State University, Coach Sherman has passionately played volleyball since early childhood. Her desire to transfer this passion into a business flourished into the DFW Elite Volleyball Club, a premier club volleyball organization that attracts the best talent in the metroplex and beyond, and top-level coaches. The DFW Elite organizational focus is on improving a player’s volleyball knowledge and abilities through skills training, a competitive practice atmosphere and providing top-level coaches. Coach Sherman leads her organization to motivate players to achieve individual excellence within a team dynamic.
Talisha Reliford
Director of Communication/ 11's &12's Coach
Coach Reliford is a native of Longview, TX. She graduated from The University of Texas at Arlington with a BS in Kinesiology and earned a Masters Degree in Education/Physical Education from Canisius College. She is in her 13th year of education and is currently an Adapted Physical Education teacher and middle school volleyball coach. Coach Reliford is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

18'Assistant Coach
Coach Pope , a native from Dallas Texas . And former athlete at Vernon College , Chowan University and University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Coach Pope brings experience and success as a student athlete . In her athletic career she achieved ; second team all conference , offensive player of the year , all tournament team at the Vernon College- Classic , All-tournament team at the Regionals tournament , team captain , and deans list . In Pope’s junior year as a collegiate athlete she was also selected to represent the USA team in Spain. For a short period of time , Pope was the graduate assistant / recruiting coordinator at University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Pope states she is very excited to continue her love for the game with DFW Elite. She stated that with all her different experiences as an athlete , she wants to be able to share these same experiences with her athletes and help the organization and athletes excel even more.
Jaelah Rhinehart
15'Assistant Coach
Coach Jaelah is a mother of one. She has over 10 years of overall volleyball experience. Jaelah has been playing volleyball since she was in the 5th grade. Jaelah began her collegiate career Vernon college where she played for 3 years. While attending Vernon she was appointed team leader/ team captain for all her years, she received all tournament team awards, leadership awards, and even made the deans list. She then went on to Midwestern state University to further her education. Jaelah is a very strong-willed and dedicated coach. I am excited to help you all grow on and off the court. I look forward to working with the girls and I am very excited to help you all grow as volleyball players, and also as young women.
